Looking for the top arm toning exercises can be harder than finding a needle in a haystack. Seriously. Everybody has a different answer
Unfortunately, the excess of contradictory opinions on the best arm toning exercises can leave you completely stumped. And in some cases, said opinions could leave you injured. No joke.
So how do you decide on all the different information out there? Well, for the average woman it’s nearly impossible. If the experts can’t agree, how are you supposed to?
Well, luckily for you, I’ve decided to tackle this issue head on by creating the most massive review of arm toning exercises for women. So without further delay, here is today’s review of hammer curls:
1. Snap-shot. An often overlooked exercise, hammer curls, work the outside part of your biceps. Most importantly, however, they really work your forearms.
2. Technique snap-shot. Grab a dumbbell with each hand, stand upright and keep your palms facing your torso. Then, raise both dumbbells while keeping your palms facing your torso. Lower the dumbbells and repeat.
3. Common mistakes: Letting the back hunch which compromises your posture. And not keeping the palms of the hands fixed in place which reduces the effectiveness of the exercise.
4. Bottom line. This is a great exercise if you want to work your forearms. But for the flabby, upper portion of your arm this is not your best choice. I don’t recommend doing this exercise unless you have weak wrists.
Is the arm toning confusion starting to clear up a little? If not, make sure you don’t miss my next review of arm exercises for women. Learning how to exercise the right way is a cinch once you have a reliable source of information.
